Leonda Aust. started manufacturing ovens in 1979. Within three months Leonda had moved to a larger premise. This was a factory in Cranbourne Victoria measuring 2000 sq. feet. The first oven manufactured here was a 4 deck, 24-tray oven.

In 1983 Leonda built its own factory in Carrum Downs, this was a much larger 6500 sq feet manufacturing plant, to suit the rapid rise in demand. From this location Leonda Aust. began sales interstate becoming a leader in bakery machinery Australia wide, not only for sales but also installations and services.

From its established beginnings Leonda started exporting throughout Oceania and Asia with several full bakeries set up in Fiji, China and New Zealand to name a few.

Leonda Aust strives to provide a total solution to meet its clients every need and want. With its superior market performance Leonda Aust is strongly customer focused, working directly with its clients to come up with designs specific to each individual customer.

Our aim is to provide superior products from our customer’s perspective.

Leonda is still based in Carrum Downs with its key business being industrial ovens to suit mass production of any baked, cooked, or fried consumable. However Leonda still manufactures ovens to suit any bakery, pizza or specialty food supplier. It also offers service on any equipment, and carries a full range of spare parts for any of its equipment.

Leonda Aust. also offers a leasing option on all of its equipment with an in-house financial advisor available to discuss options about your future equipment.
